Organizing or joining a Padel Experience, be it an Academy or an Intensive Clinic, is more than training — it’s an unforgettable adventure on and off the court.

Padel Academies & Clinics

ALPA-Management, together with its brands ALL-Padel.com, Bee-Padel.com and  Eventbooking.top, organizes exclusive high-level Intensive Padel Events — 3- or 5-day programs that include yes or no hotel accommodation, breakfast, and full hospitality for players of all levels.

All Padel Camps are conducted using our exclusive ‘Intensive Padel Play’ (IPP©) Training Methodology, developed by ALPA-Management to deliver maximum improvement, energy, and enjoyment — both on and off the court.

The Intensive Padel Clinic – Train, Learn & Play Like a Pro

Our Intensive Padel Clinics are led by our own certified trainers and coaches, offering an exciting and complete Padel experience—both on and off the court. Beyond the fun, each session dives into every aspect of this amazing sport, including advanced techniques, strategy, and teamwork.

Participants will gain exclusive tips, tricks, and tactical insights to understand how to play Padel at its best—as a true team sport. You’ll also have the opportunity to test a wide range of rackets in different sizes and weights to find your perfect match.

The Intensive Padel Clinics take place twice a month in Barcelona, featuring 4 hours of on-court training per day over 3 days, and are available for groups from 2 up to 24 participants per week.

For larger groups, our Padel Academy offers a deeper experience: 5 days of training with 2 hours on-court daily, ending with a friendly tournament or a custom-designed program. The Academy is available on request for groups of 16 or more participants.

Padel Academies by Padel Brands

ALPA-Management organizes in cooperation with third-party Padel Brands Taylor Made Padel Academies. These Special Padel Events are completely branded by a specific brand.

These Branded Padel Academies are led by our own certified trainers and coaches, offering an engaging and comprehensive Padel experience—both on and off the court. While fun is always at the core, the program covers every aspect of this great sport, from technique and tactics to teamwork and mindset.

The key difference from our regular Padel Academies and Clinics is that the Branded Padel Academies are fully sponsored. In many cases, Padel players, business partners, and special guests receive exclusive invitations to participate.

These events also provide the perfect opportunity to test the latest Padel racket models, discover new technical innovations, and promote the brand in an authentic, engaging way.

Intensive 3 or 5-Days Intensive Padel Clinic

  • Intensive 3 or 5-day Intensive Padel Clinic, you can start any day for individuals and groups.

  • 5 days of on-court Padel, 2 hours a day for 4 days, and a tournament on the last day.
  • 10 hours on-court plus review by the coach and Tournament.
  • In or exclusive Hotel, breakfast, and lunch.

We take pride in offering a world-class Padel experience through our highly trained Spanish Padel trainers and coaches, who work together as a professional team. They speak Spanish, English, and Spanglish, among other languages, ensuring clear communication and a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

On court, our coaches will teach you all the essential Padel strokes and show you how to play this dynamic team sport with intensity, strategy, and confidence. Participants will learn the fundamentals and beyond — including stroke technique, court positioning, shot selection, and game tactics — all tailored to their skill level.

Off the court, there are interactive sessions where all your Padel-related questions are answered, helping you deepen your understanding of the game.

Each Intensive Padel Clinic (3 or 5-days) begins with an introductory interview and concludes with a review session, where we assess your progress and determine your achieved Padel level.

Beyond training, our team provides full support, guidance, and warm hospitality — ensuring you get the most out of every moment, both on and off the court.

Our Promise for the Padel Academies, Camps & Retreats

We guarantee a world-class Padel experience led by our highly trained Spanish Padel trainers and coaches, who work together as a dedicated, multilingual team — fluent in Spanish, English, and Spanglish, among other languages.

Each academy team consists of two on-court trainer–coaches, one off-court chief coach, and an overall captain/mental coach. Together, they provide comprehensive guidance both on and off the court — teaching all essential Padel strokes, strategic play, and team dynamics, as well as offering professional coaching during the tournament phase.

Participants will master every key element of Padel: fundamental strokes, optimal court positioning, shot selection, and match strategy. Off-court sessions include interactive meetings where all Padel-related questions are answered, helping players build a deeper understanding of the game.

The Intensive Padel Academy (5-day camp) begins with an individual interview and concludes with a review session to evaluate progress and determine the player’s achieved Padel level.

Beyond the court, our team provides full support, guidance, and warm hospitality — ensuring every participant enjoys a rewarding, motivating, and unforgettable experience.
